EXCEPT IN CASES OF ACTUAL FRAUD, CLIENT AGREES NOT TO FILE ANY DISPUTE WITH CLIENT’S BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO AVOID PAYMENTS OR VIOLATE ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS OR REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF VENDOR. If Client attempts to chargeback, reverse or recollect a previously authorized payment, VENDOR reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and collect all additional costs, fees and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal or recollection, including, without limitation, court costs, platform fees, and attorney fees.
